Resetting an Associate's Web Office Password

Page: Associates > Search Associates > Associate Detail > Login & Websites

You can reset an Associate’s Web Office password in the Corporate Admin. Once the password is reset, the Associate can log in and create a secure password.

To manually reset a password:

  1. In Corporate Admin, find and select an Associate to navigate to their Detail page.

  2. Click the Login & Websites tab.

  3. Click the Reset Password button.

  4. Enter a New Password.

    The default password requirements are:

    • Min. eight characters

    • Max. 30 characters

    • One number

    • One capital letter

  5. To Confirm, re-enter the Password.

  6. Click Set Password.

  The system does not notify the Associate when you have updated their password. You must alert the Associate to the change.
