You can reset an Associate’s Web Office password for the Web Office for them. Once the password is reset, the Associate can log in and change the password to something secure.

To access the WebSites & BackOffice page feature, you must have the ViewAssociate() permission enabled for your Role.

Finding the Page
Click the WebSites & BackOffices tab.
Resetting a Password
Click the Reset Password button.
The Reset Password pop-up window opens.
Enter a New Password.
To Confirm, re-enter the Password.
Click Set Password.
Note: The system does not notify the Associate when you have updated their password. Alert the Associate to the change.
