If you want to use Corporate Office to send your email communication, it’s recommended to enable and configure settings in Advanced Settings.

Enabling Templates

- Enable Email Templates - If checked, and there is no corresponding Hook set up, the system sends the default email templates.
- Enable Disco Email Template Editor - Enables the Email Template Editor.
- Resend Emails - Allows resending Welcome and Order Invoice emails.
Note: The Email Template Override Date and Email Template Customer Service Phone fields no longer have functionality.
These settings will send the default email templates. The default template contain only basic info and style. It’s recommended, before going live, to customize the templates with the Email Template Editor.
Setting up the Subject Field

Include Customer Name - Sets the customer’s name in the Welcome Email Subject field. This email is optionally sent after a new enrollment.

Order Email Subject - Set the Order receipt email Subject field. Leaving the field empty will default to “Order Receipt”.

Distributor Email Subject - Set the Distributor’s email Subject field. Leaving the field empty will default to “Welcome”.

Autoship Error Email Subject - Set the Autoship Error’s email Subject field. Leaving the field empty will default to “Autoship Error”.
If the Email Template Editor is enabled, it uses this the Subject field settings ONLY if the email template’s Subject is blank..note}
