Updating an Associate's Corporate Communications

Page: Associates > Search Associates > Associate Detail

You can update an Associate’s Corporate Communication preference for them in Corporate Admin.

  1. In Corporate Admin, find and select an Associate to navigate to their Detail page.

  2. Click the Corporate Communications button.

    The Corporate Communications pop-up window opens.

  3. Enable or disable either communication type.

    • Subscribe by Email - The Associate will receive emails from corporate to their email address on file.

    • Subscribe by Text - The Associate will receive text messages from corporate to their mobile phone number on file.

  4. Click Save changes.
