Finding the Page
In Corporate Office, find and select an associate to navigate to the associate Detail page.
Enabling/Disabling Corporate Communication Types
In the associate’s Detail page, click the Corporate Communications button.
The Corporate Communications pop-up window opens.
Enable or disable either communication type.
- Subscribe by Email - Associate will receive emails from corporate to their email address on file.
- Subscribe by Text - Associate will receive text messages from corporate to their mobile phone number on file.
Click Save changes.
Resending an Associate’s Welcome Email
Often people enter the wrong email address on their enrollment application or order. The Corporate Office allows you to easily resend the Welcome Email an associate receives after enrollment.
Click the Resend Welcome Email button.
The Resend Welcome Email pop-up window opens.
In the pop-up, click the Send Email button.
The emails sends immediately.
