To Impersonate in Office is to Single Sign-On into an Associate’s Web Office instance:

In Corporate Admin, find and select an Associate to navigate to their Detail page.
Click the Impersonate button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

You will now be signed into the Associate’s Web Office.

You can view their Web Office and make any changes as the Associate would.
