Support > Sponsor Panel Widget

A Sponsor is the person an associate is placed under in the Placement Tree. The purpose of the Support > Sponsor Panel widget is to show the contact information of the associate’s Sponsor. This can include the Mobile, Evening, and Daytime phone numbers, as well as the Sponsor’s email address. Typically, this widget is placed on the Web Office Support page.

The widget pulls the contact information from the Sponsor’s associate record.

When you click the Message {name} link (shown in the preceding image), the Web Office Team Chat panel opens with the Sponsor’s name selected.
