
An Upline associate is the person immediately above an associate in the Placement Tree. The purpose of the Support > Upline Panel widget is to show the contact information of the associate’s immediate Upline. This can include the Mobile, Evening, and Daytime phone numbers, as well as the Upline’s email address. Typically, this widget is placed on the Web Office Support page.

The widget pulls the contact information from the Upline’s associate record.

When you click the Message {name} link (shown in the preceding image), the Web Office Team Chat panel opens with the Upline’s name selected.
