When editing Admin users in Web Office Admin, the pop-up won’t save. Instead, it loads indefinitely, displaying no error. The only option is to close it without saving.
Notice in the preceding image that the First and Last Name fields are blank. Every field in the pop-up is required.
- Select a Role.
- Enter the user’s First and Last Name.
- Ensure the Username is correct.
- Click SAVE.
The pop-up closes, and the user configuration saves.
