If needed, you can edit a subscription’s expiration date to a later date, extending the Subscription.

Permissions
To access the AutoShips & Subscriptions page, you must have the ViewAssociate() permission enabled for your Role.

Finding the Page

In Corporate Office, find and select an associate to navigate to their Detail page.
Click the AutoShips & Subscriptions tab.
Editing a Subscription
Under the Subscriptions tab:

Locate the Subscription in the list.

Click Edit.
The Edit Subscription pop-up window opens.

In the pop-up, select a new Expiration Date.
A calendar tool opens with which you can select a new expiration date.

Click Apply to save the new date.

Click Save to save the configuration and close the pop-up.
Editing the Associated Autoship
For every Subscription, an associated AutoShip record is created. After editing a Subscription expiration date, you’ll need to edit the expiration date of the associated AutoShip.
Under the Autoships tab:

locate the Subscription’s AutoShip record.

Click the Change button.
You navigate to the Edit Autoship page.

On the page, edit the Start field to match your new expiration date.
