Can I change the Payment Merchant being used for AutoShips?
Answer
The DirectScale System functionality only allows future AutoShips to change Payment Merchants. The steps to complete this process are:

Create a new payment mapping with the new Payment Merchant being used for AutoShips.

Contact your original Payment Merchant and ask for the tokens connected to the cards of all your Associates.

Send these original tokens to your new Payment Merchant to be tokenized in their system.

Complete a Data Migration to update all of your Associate cards in the DirectScale Platform to the new Payment Merchant’s IDs. To complete a Data Migration, contact Customer Care to get an appointment with the DirectScale Solutioning Team.
