CSS and Class definitions

Where can I find the full CSS style list, and Class definitions? I see them all over in the code but have no idea what classes or styles are available etc. Thanks!
I would like to know how where my code is referencing and if I have the ability to modify the contents.

So, after some more digging. One can use the 'header' component found in the 'component templates' tab. I think the workflow would be develop from their starter template, JS, and CSS...ect.
When you alter/add code/CSS to get desired functionality/presentation...Then you would have to update the JS call. That detail is found in the notation within the JS tab in the component to point to your 'custom-header'
I am just diggin around to see what dev gotchas before bidding job...so I am sure I missed a couple of things,.
Should be better documentation on advanced customizations, they just do not exist at this point.
