Create new API endpoint

We need to access to the following
1. An enpoint that gets a users reward points (Bonus Bux)
2. Create a request with two dates a start and end date (i.e. date range)
3. Return a list of associates and their reward points within the date range (use last_modified column)
a. Include the unique identifier of each transaction so as to prevent duplicate email sending.
b. Only get positive amounts so that we don't send emails for spending transactions
c. Return the AssociateId, OrderId and Notes associated to that transaction
d. Return the Availablilty and Expiration dates for each transaction
4. Return their total available balance (not within the date range... this may need to be an entirely different endpoint)

DS Russell K XND is interested in getting access to reward point APIs for a third party. I was informed that you would have the knowledge on what is needed. Could you take a look at this when available?
