🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Header Components Updates [Retail Site Admin] We broke up the components for the header to now have individual control over the main header and the top header. The top header is named ‘HeaderTop’ and the second header is ‘SimpleHeader’. For those not using the top header, the header component is called ‘Header’.

🌟 Improved! String Updates in Application Page [Retail Site Admin] There were several strings on the application page that were shared with other components or that needed to be broken apart to be able to have more control. Reach out to our Customer Care team if you would like a list of the updated string keys.

🌟 Improved! Removed the Footer from Application and Checkout Pages [Retail Site] To help streamline the checkout experience and to give the users less chances to get out of the checkout flow we have removed the footer by default from the Application and Checkout pages.

🌟 Improved! Application Pages Only Support Kits [Retail Site] This change will not affect any existing clients using the application pages. The new retail focused flow of the Retail Site will be to enable shopping through the Products page where users can buy standard items then they can enter the application flow where they will fill out their information and be able to purchase kits if necessary.

🎁 New! Application Setting to Require Items [Retail Site Application] A new setting found under Company Settings > Settings > Enrollment enables validation rules on the application that require the user to have purchased at least one item and/or have at least one item in their autoship before completing the application.

🔮 Upcoming! Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Web Office Notification Issues [Web Office] There were certain cases where notifications were not being triggered. The use cases we found were notifications not being sent based on activity lower than 50 levels deep and not getting enrollment notifications for upgrades. Both have been addressed.

🐞Fixed: New Payment Method not Sticking on Autoship Update [Retail Site] When users manage their autoship and add a new payment method, if they then added another item to their autoship the payment card reverted back to the original payment method. Now the payment method sticks no matter if they make additional changes.

🐞Fixed: Add Buttons Missing  [Web Office Admin] An odd issue with timeouts caused some of the Admin page’s Add buttons to disappear. This has been fixed so any mysteriously missing Add buttons should be resolved.

🐞Fixed: Saving Banner without Image [Web Office Admin] The Banner page wasn’t validating if an image was uploaded before allowing the user to save. Validation for this critical component to having a banner has been fixed.
