Associates and customers who sign-up for an autoShip can select the frequency and date their autoShip will ship based on rules and configurations you set.

Finding the Settings
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Administration > Advanced Settings > UI.
Enabling Frequency Options
The AutoShip Frequency box contains frequency options you can enable.
These options will populate:
The Frequency dropdown in the Shopping Carts configurations in Web Office Admin
The eCommmerce Admin’s Allow Autoship Frequency dropdown. Located in Company Settings > Settings > Autoship.
The associate AutoShips & Subscriptions > Add AutoShip tool in Corporate Office
To enable/disable frequency options:
Check/uncheck each box for the frequency option you want available/un-available.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Note: Changes can take awhile to take effect in the Web Office and eCommerce Admins. Clearing your browser cache can be effective or checking back later until the system’s cache clears automatically.
