📘New! DirectScale Enterprise Architecture [Article] Added this resource to help explain to new clients, prospects, partners, and other third-party developers how the platform is built from an architectural standpoint.

📘New! How do I Payout Forfeited Commissions? [Article] Added a troubleshooting article for this common question.

🌟 Improved! Article and Guide Improvements [Article] The documentation team made improvements to existing Help content to keep you up-to-date as our platform changes. This week we improved Refunding an Order, Mapping Money Out Commission Merchants, and Email Templates and Settings Guide. 

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• We are working on new Web Office Homepage designs for the Dashboard, Reports, and more.
• We are doing some cleanup in the Retail Admin to better enhance the experience of our new Ecommerce offerings.
