Testing the Team Dashboard

Back to Testing Checklist

The Web Office Team Dashboard is an excellent tool for an Associate to view their own and their team’s progress.

After going through the checklists in the Get Started section and adding all the widgets you want to the page, you’ll want to test the Team Dashboard’s functionality to locate any possible bugs or misconfigurations before launch.

  • Do this on your Live environment.
  • Do this for every market you have set up.

Report any errors you find to Customer Care or your DirectScale contact.

Before You Start

Testing the Team Dashboard

To test the Team Dashboard:

  1. Impersonate your test Associate’s Web Office

    • Or navigate to [CLIENTID].office2.directscale.com and login with your test Associate’s credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Team Dashboard:

    • Via Page Configurations > Team Dashboard.
    • Or click the test Associate’s name in the header and select MY PROFILE from the dropdown.
  3. Click each tab and inspect the widgets to ensure that they all appear and function as they should.

  4. Click the icon to add a profile picture.

  5. In the sidebar, select a Tree filter. Only the members of the Tree should be present.

  6. Select a name from the list to view their Team Dashboard.

  7. Hover over the icon and select each messaging option.

    Chat options
    • Email opens your email app.
    • Chat opens Team Chat. Learn more about Team Chat.
