If you have a Binary type compensation plan, you have the option of setting up a Holding Tank for Web Office. The Holding Tank allows Enrollers to place any new sign-ups anywhere in their organization, within a set time.
The Holding Tank is for Binary compensation plans. For Unilevel, use the Placement Suite. |
Enabling the Holding Tank
Admin: Corporate Admin
Page: Settings > Advanced Settings > Configure Trees
URL: [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Settings/TreeConfiguration
Permission: ViewAdministration(), ViewAdvancedSettings()
Before your Associates can use this feature, you must enable the Holding Tank and configure your Tree settings in Corporate Admin:
-
In Corporate Admin, navigate to the Configure Trees page.
-
Locate the Binary section.
-
Select the Enable Holding Tank checkbox.
-
In the Days To Place field, enter the number of days after signing up that must pass before the system places new Associates in the Binary Tree.
This setting works in conjunction with your Default Placement Rule set when you configured your Tree settings. If you enable the Holding Tank, the system will place new Associates wherever your placement rule states, after the elapsed Days To Place amount. Automatic placement into the Binary Tree via either Corporate default OR Personal Preference requires the PlaceExpiredHoldingTankAssociates
API to be run. This can be executed in the Daily Run or by a Hook in the Client Extension. Please contact Customer Care or your Launch Manager to implement the Daily Run.
