Marking the Return as Shipped

Once you’ve generated an RMA for a return, it’s up to the Associate to ship the item back. Once the item is shipped, the Associate should provide you with the shipment’s tracking number. When you receive the tracking number, you can enter it in the order’s Detail page and mark the order as "Shipped".

On the order’s Detail page:

  1. Scroll down to locate the RMA section.

  2. Click Mark Shipped.

    The Mark RMA Shipped pop-up window opens.

  3. In the pop-up, enter the returned shipment’s Tracking Number.

  4. Click Mark Shipped.

    The pop-up closes, and RMA status updates to "Shipped".

The Mark Shipped button changes to the Mark Received button.

Return to this page once you receive the return shipment.
