A warehouse is any location from where you fulfill orders. By default, you have a basic warehouse configured. You can customize this warehouse to fit your needs or create a new one. You can add as many warehouses as you need to fulfill your orders. If you’re using a third-party logistics provider, the provider must have its warehouse configuration.

To access the Warehouses page, you must have the ViewWarehouses() permission enabled for your Role.

Finding the Page

In Corporate Office, navigate to: Inventory > Warehouses.

Adding a New Warehouse

Click + New Warehouse to navigate to the New Warehouse page.

Enter a Warehouse Name.

Select the Country in which the warehouse resides.

If you are using a Logistics Provider (3PL), select your configured option in the dropdown.
Select None if you are doing your fulfillment in-house.

Enter the 3PL Setting.
If you are using IntegraCore, enter 1

In the Warehouse Address, Import Address, and Export Address forms, enter the addresses provided by your 3PL.
If you are not using a 3PL, you can leave these sections blank.

Click Save Changes.
Next, you can add shipping methods.
Warning when deleting warehouses: Delete any added shipping methods first before deleting the warehouse.
