A warehouse is any location from where you fulfill orders. By default, you have a basic warehouse configured. You can customize this warehouse to fit your needs or create a new one. You can add as many warehouses as you need to fulfill your orders. If you’re using a third-party logistics provider, the provider must have its warehouse configuration.
To add a warehouse:
Click + New Warehouse to navigate to the New Warehouse page.
Enter a Warehouse Name.
Select the Country in which the warehouse resides.
If you are using a Logistics Provider (3PL), select your configured option in the dropdown.
Select None if you are doing your fulfillment in-house.
Enter the 3PL Setting.
If you are using IntegraCore, enter 1
In the Warehouse Address, Import Address, and Export Address forms, enter the addresses provided by your 3PL.
If you are not using a 3PL, you can leave these sections blank.
Click Save Changes.
Next, you can add shipping methods.
Important: Always save and add a warehouse before adding any shipping methods. Adding a shipping method before the warehouse results in a shipping method with no associate warehouse
See the DirectScale Marketplace to find provider apps, integrations, and expert consults.
Warning when deleting warehouses: Delete any added shipping methods first before deleting the warehouse.
