The RMA Orders page allows you to view the current RMA details. Quickly print view RMAs details directly from this page.

Locating an RMA
Several filter and search options are available to narrow the list and locate a specific RMA. These include:

Period Selector
-
Warehouse drop-down menu
-
Status drop-down menu
-
Search bar
Once you’ve located the Associate, you can:

Click the Associate name link to go to their Detail page.

Click the Order Number to go to the order’s Detail page.

View the return’s Tracking Number.
Printing the RMA
Click the icon to open your computer’s print dialog box, where you can print the return details.
Viewing the RMA
Click the icon to navigate to the order’s Detail page, or click the Order Number link.
You can find the return details under the RMA section.
