The Volume Adjustments page allows you to easily add or deduct commission volume from an associate’s account.

Enabling/Disabling the Volume Adjustments Page
The Volume Adjustment page can be enabled or disabled to your preference.
In Administration > Advanced Settings > Commissions.
- To enable the Volume Adjustment page, select the Allow Volume Adjustments checkbox in the Volume Adjustments section. To disable the page, unselect the checkbox.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Finding the Page
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Associates > Volume Adjustments.
Making a Volume Adjustment
Type the name/ID of the Associate who will have their volume adjusted.
Note: When you begin to type, the auto-search will show search suggestions.
Select the Volume Type being adjusted between Commisionable Volume (CV) and Qualifying Volume (QV).
Select a date range for the volume adjustment.
Volume adjustments can only be made to uncommitted Commission Periods.
The Volume Adjustment is where you can see the volume from the dates selected in the Commission Period dropdown, you can enter the volume adjustment, and you can see the results of it.
The Period Volume count shows the volume amount from the date range selected in the Commission Period dropdown.
Enter an Adjustment +/- amount entered to adjust the volume from the Period Volume.
You can add or remove volume, but you cannot remove more volume than is available in the Period Volume.
To subtract an amount from the Period Volume add a negative (-) in front of the entry.
Once an adjustment is made in the previous field the new result will be displayed in the Total With Adjustment field.
Clicking Clear refresh the page clearing any information that was input.
Submit the volume adjustment to the system.
Once processed, the new volume amount will reflect in the Period Volume line.
A note will also be added to the associate’s Service Log for record.
