The Commission Runs page is where weekly and monthly Commission Profiles can be created, viewed, and approved before locking them for payment.
What We’ll Cover
Finding the Page
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Commissions > Commission Runs.
Adding New Profiles
Click the + New Profile button to open the New Profile pop-up window.
In the pop-up, add a Description.
This will help to give context of the purpose of the profile.
If this is a profile that is being used to determine progress before the end of a commission period, give it a name like “test profile” to avoid confusion as the profile is reviewed.
Select the compensation plan Template you want to use.
These templates define the specifics of the profile. You create these templates in the XML Compensation Plan Builder page, if enabled.
Use the Expire On calendar tool to select a date at which the profile expires.
Select commission Period you want to audit.
These periods correlates with the selected Template and displays only uncommitted periods.
Click Create Profile.
Numerous commission profiles can be created for the same commission period for testing and auditing.
The new profile will now show in the Uncommitted Commission Runs List until it’s committed or expired.
An Expired Commission Run Notice displays when a commission run has expired. Any process that runs for 15 minutes on the same step will be moved to expired. If it expires, it will stop looking for updates. To start the update again, refresh the Commission Profile page.
In the next section, we’re going to what tools you have to view and audit the commission profile.
