It may appear that the Settings > Account > Personal Info widget is virtually identical to the Team Dashboard > Personal Information widget.

However, Settings > Account > Personal Info widget is where the associate can edit and display their contact information; while the Team Dashboard > Personal Information widget displays their ID Number, Start Date, Status, and Current Rank.

Editing Personal Information

In Web Office, to edit the information, the associate can click the icon on the Settings > Account > Personal Info widget.

This flips the widget card, presenting the associate with fields they can edit. These include adding a profile picture, email address, phone number, street address.

Certain fields, such as the Legal Name and Birthday, are not editable and the associate must call in to have them changed by an admin with the Edit Associate page in Corporate Admin.
