Release Notes: July 23, 2020

🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Report Center Filters Multi-Select [Web Office] When creating a report in the Web Office, the feature to have multiple options selected in a drop down wasn’t supported consistently or on all drop down types (i.e. Associate Type, State, Rank, etc). Now all drop down filter types support the ability to select multiple options. 

🌟 Improved! Previous Rank Settings to Match Current Rank [Web Office Admin] The Rank Information widget that displays in the Web Office has a new setting to match the existing setting for Current Rank. Admins can now set the Previous tab (if enabled) to display either the user’s currently earning rank or their next earning rank. 

🌟 Improved! Updated UI on Advanced Settings > Autoship and Volumes  [Web Office Admin] The admin pages to manage the autoship rules and define the columns for the Volume History still had the old UI elements to add records. These have been standardized to look like the rest of the admin pages.

🌟 Improved! Additional Translations Available  [Retail Shop] Several text sections that were previously unavailable for translation have been added. For the full list of new translations reach out to Customer Care.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Last Rank Not Working in Report Center [Web Office] The Last Rank data was not being passed through to the report center correctly. This has been fixed so the column for Last Rank will properly display.

🐞Fixed: GPG New Account Creation Bug [Corp Admin] There was a bug with the creation of new accounts with GPG. These have been fixed as well as new tests built around the creation of accounts to ensure stability in the future. 

🐞Fixed: ‘Unexpected Origin’ Error On New Card Popup [Corp Admin & Web Office] When adding a new card the web browser would display an ‘Unexpected Origin’ error message. It didn’t prevent the user from adding or saving the card. This has been fixed so the user doesn’t have to click OK on an unnecessary error message.

🐞Fixed: Address 2 Was Being Filled Out With ‘No Address On File’ [Retail Shop] If the user did not have any data in the Address 2 field, the data was being saved with the text ‘No Address On File’. This has been fixed so if there is no data in Address 2 it will be saved as blank.

🐞Fixed: Product Images Not Loading on Autoship Manager [Web Office] The product images weren’t loading when the user would click the “Review” button to update their autoship. This has been fixed so the images load properly. 

🐞Fixed: Terms & Conditions Agreement Could be Bypassed [Retail Shop] The checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions could be bypassed if the user starts the checkout process, checks the checkbox, goes back to the products and updates their cart then continues to checkout without checking the box. This has been fixed so the checkbox must be checked before continuing to place an order.

📘New! Enabling Fraud Prevention Guide [Guide] Added this guide to help customers set up fraud prevention on the platform after they have chosen their fraud prevention provider.

📘New!  Returns and Refunds Guide [Guide] Compiled RMA and return/refund articles into a new end-to-end Returns and Refunds guide.

📘New! eCommerce Shop Setup Checklist [Guides] Took the existing eCommerce guide and created three total guides and created a get started checklist for a more complete eCommerce set-up process. 

🌟 Improved! How to Create Discount SKUs [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to Adjust Shipping and Tax on Orders [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to Search by Order Number [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to View an Order's Volume Distribution in Corporate Office [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to Setup VAT Inclusive Pricing for a Country [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! Creating a Basic Compensation Plan [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to Exchange a Returned Item [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🌟 Improved! How to Return Volume on an Order Before the Commission Period is Closed [Article] Made edits and improvements to details and flow.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Unifying the Admin experience across all our tools.
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We are exploring a new way to deliver developer documentation beyond API documentation including articles with specific code examples.
• We are documenting the Advanced Settings for all three applications.
