New Features and Improvements
📷 Default Inventory Item Image
There is now a default/placeholder image available for newly provisioned clients if no inventory image is selected/uploaded.



Note: The default image is not added retroactively for existing clients.

Help Center Theme and UX - We’ve made our new Help Center theme live, that includes:
- A persistent sidebar with the entire knowledge base accessible
- A sticky table of contents
- Styled ordered lists to make step-by-steps stand out
- Optimal typographical principles for easier legibility

Turning Off Guest Checkout - For eCommerce Shop, learn how to disallow Guest Checkout. When enabled, the customer must create an account to checkout.

Public API Authorization - Added a Help Center version for the client audience.

Adding Company Details in the Admins - New version that compiles the previous three articles on this topic into one.

- Gaining Access to the Client Extension - Rewrote and updated the text.
- Extension Hooks - Added additional text for clarification.
- Using the Test Merchant - Added a note about currency support.
- Adding Events to the Web Office Calendar, Common Admin UI Features, Rebranding Strategy Guide, Platform Setup Guide, Initial Setup Checklist - Removed references/links to archived articles.
- Setting up a Default Shop Webalias - Expanded the introduction to explain the concept better.
- Creating Custom Web Office Widgets - Added images that demonstrate the column width selection.
- How to Subscribe to Release Notes - Added new theme images.
- [VIDEO] How to Subscribing to Release Notes - Re-edited with new theme.
- Reward Points Balance Widget - Removed a section that was no longer accurate and updated the doc since the reward points product update.
- Important KPI Widget - Added additional line of instruction.

- Removing unused Web Office and Admin settings.
- Redesigning the Corporate Admin UI.
- New dashboard and reports are coming.
