Inventory Items Not Pushing to Shipping Carriers


Customers have complained that they have not received the inventory item they ordered. We’ve checked the pack slips with the third-party logistics provider and confirmed the item had not been pushed through.


You can find one potential solution to this issue in the inventory item’s Data tab:

  1. Navigate to the item’s Detail page.
  2. Select the Data tab.
  3. Locate the Requires Shipping setting and select Yes.

If you set Requires Shipping to No, then the item will not ship.
