You can view an Associate’s Tree placement and downline.

Finding a Tree

In Corporate Admin, find and select an Associate to navigate to their Detail page.

Click the Trees tab.
Select which Tree you want to view.

Whichever page you select will display the Associate’s Tree table.

Tree URLs:
- Enrollment - [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Corporate/CRM/EnrollmentTree?id=[ASSOCIATE_ID]
- Unilevel - [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Corporate/CRM/UnilevelTree?id=[ASSOCIATE_ID]
- Binary - [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Corporate/CRM/BinaryTree?id=[ASSOCIATE_ID]
- Matrix - [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Corporate/CRM/MatrixTree?id=[ASSOCIATE_ID]

Viewing Trees

Use the Period Selector to view a Tree from a previous period.
Click the arrow next to a name to expand, showing that particular Associate’s downline.
Click an Associate’s name to view their Detail page.

The legend at the right features color codes for specific statuses.

Developers can modify the colors by overriding the GetAssociateTreeLabel Hook in the Client Extension.

Web Office Visual Tree

The Visual Tree in the Web Office offers Associates a better view of their downline structure. Use this page to view the Tree’s hierarchy and specific data for individuals.
