The Settings > Communication > Offline Messages widget is where an associate can choose how they want to receive their Web Office Team Chat message when their status is Offline.
They have the option of opting in/out of email and/or text-based notifications by selecting the checkbox next to the option and clicking the SAVE button.
Although every widget has the option of being added to the Homepage, Team Dashboard, Support, and Settings pages, the Offline Messages widget and other Communication widgets are best used together in the Web Office Settings > Communication page so that all of their communication and notification settings in one place.
