How do I pay forfeited commissions?

You may have circumstances arise where Associates have forfeited their commissions and have completed the requirements to receive the lost amount. Then, you can pay them using various options:

• If the forfeited payment is still within the same payment period, you can move the forfeited amount to be paid.

• If the forfeited payment is within a past payment period, you can create a Commission Override that pays the forfeited amount in the new payment period.
