🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Autoship Forecast Report Accuracy [Corp Admin] The Autoship Forecast report used to calculate the estimated total of autoships and their amount to be processed in the future has been updated. Now the total amount looks at the autoship template as it is currently set instead of using the last processed amount to estimate.

🌟 Improved! Searching for Orders Improvements [Corp Admin] Searching for orders is now faster and easier to use. New placeholder text shows you which terms you can search for to find the specific order. The searchable terms are: order number, customer name, customer ID, email address, and special instructions.

🌟 Improved! City Added to Report Center [Web Office] Last week we added Address 1 and 2 and now we have added the City to the list of available fields in the Report Center. To add these as available fields, follow the instructions on the Report Center Data help file.

🌟 Improved! Global Scripts to Load Before Angular Ability [Retail Site] When working with custom overrides on the Retail Site, all custom scripts load after the default Angular code. This can cause the site to load slow and custom components to come in last. This has been improved to enable the scripts to load before the default. Ask us if you’d like to know more.

🔮 Upcoming! Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

 

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Unable to Export When “Viewing As” [Web Office] If a user tried to export a report after using the “View As” functionality, the export would always fail. This has been fixed so Web Office users can export their data even when viewing as a member of their downline.

📘New! Failed Builds [Developers] New article to guide commission developers through a failed deployment.

📘New! Activating/Deactivating Company Settings [Article] Added a new article to expand details about the Company Settings area of the eCommerce Shop Admin.

📘New! Setting Up AutoShip Frequency Options for the eCommerce Shop [Article] Added a new article to expand details and instructions about the Autoship part of the platform.

📘New! Manually Resetting an Associate's Web Office Password [Article] Added a new article to give instructions for Admins about password resets.

📘New! Disabling an Associate's Web Office Login [Article] Added a new article to give instructions for Admins to disable login privileges if needed.

📘New! Viewing an Associate's Rank Advancement [Video] Added a video to accompany the corresponding article.

🌟 Improved! Selecting AutoShip Frequency Options [Article] Remove references to the Frequency dropdown and updated UI Images in Setting Up AutoOrder Shopping Carts for the eCommerce Shop and Selecting AutoShip Frequency Options

🌟 Improved! Deploying [Developers] Updated version number information.

🌟 Improved! Impersonating an Associate's Web Office Login [Article] Removed a bad link and fixed capitalization.

🌟 Improved! API Gateway Site [Website] Made informational and cosmetic changes to the homepage.

🌟 Improved! Reviewing and Forecasting AutoShips [Article] Added updated UI images and instructions.

🌟 Improved! Email Variables [Article] Added additional variables.

🌟 Improved! Editing Email Templates [Article] Edits to content and fixed some image links.

🌟 Improved! Simulating Email Events [Article] Edits to content wording and grammar.

🌟 Improved! Redirecting Your Corporate Site to the eCommerce Shop [Article] Edits to content wording and grammar.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We are documenting the Advanced Settings for all three applications.
• We are gathering more code examples and documentation for developers.
