🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!
🌟 Improved! Better Out of Stock Handling [Retail Site & Web Office] The shopping carts in both the Web Office and Retail Site have been updated to better support out of stock settings for product inventory. Updates included better logic for handling items with variants (item options like color/size) and more consistent settings between the out of stock settings in the Corp Admin and Retail Admin.
🌟 Improved! Chat Search Improvements [Web Office] To better work with the new Recent and Unread tabs, we updated the searching experience for users in the back office to better find their chat history or team members to start a chat with.
🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed
🐞Fixed: Visual Tree: Associate Type Issue [Web Office] All associate types that were not type 1 (typically your main associate type) were being considered retail customers. We’ve fixed this so the Visual Tree can accommodate more than just 2 associate types.
🐞Fixed: No Filters Select Message Sticks [Web Office] When creating a report in the Report Center and setting the filters, the message that says “no filters have been set” persisted even after setting filtering criteria. This now goes away when you have filters.
🐞Fixed: Not Logging Activities [Retail Site Admin] The Navigation, Login Events, and Checkout Settings were not being logged to the Activity Log. This has been fixed so updates to these admin areas will be properly documented.
🐞Fixed: AutoShip Default Shipping Method Not Auto Selecting [Retail Site] Because the shipping method wasn’t being automatically selected to the default it was causing some unnecessary clicks and confusion with retail customers. This has been updated so the default shipping method is automatically selected.
🐞Fixed: Active Checkbox on Item Variants Not Honored [Retail Site & Web Office] When setting an item variant (item options) in the Corp Admin there is a checkbox to indicate if that option is active. If this was unchecked the Web Office and Retail Site still would show that variant. This has been fixed so if the item variant is not active it will not show.
