👍 Added New Username Availability Check Public API

We’ve added a new endpoint in the Public API called Username Availability Check that returns true or false for whether the given username is available for use. This endpoint also checks the username against the Blocked Words and Personalized Webaliases list set in Web Office Admin. 

With this update, the following endpoints have been deprecated:

• Validate > Username

• Validate > Web Alias
