Is There a Set Time Period for the "Inactive" Status Class?


Is there a set time period for the “Inactive” status class for an Associate? Is it a certain length of time or is it just until they place another order?


There is no automatic/pre-programmed time period. The status will persist until manually changed. If needed, you can have this feature developed custom in your Client Extension or compensation plan.
