Problem
We are supposed to have a Yearly Frequency option while adding an AutoShip, but we’re only seeing Monthly.
Solution
You have to set up AutoShip Frequency options. You can select the options you want visible in Corporate Admin > Advanced Settings.
Admin: Corporate Admin
Page: Settings > Advanced Settings > UI
URL: [CLIENTID].corpadmin.directscale.com/Settings?category=UI
Permission: ViewAdministration(), ViewAdvancedSettings()
After selecting any new frequencies, they should appear in the Frequency dropdown.
Suppose you want those frequencies to appear as options when creating a new AutoShip from Shop or Web Office. In that case, you’ll need to add those frequencies to your Autoship Carts in Shop Admin and Web Office Admin.
