🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Made the Associate Update Date Available [Corporate Admin] The platform keeps track of when an associate upgraded from a retail customer to an associate. However, there wasn’t a way to easily access it. Now the upgrade date is available in the GetAssociateDataPoints API which then allows it to be configured in the MFC within the Web Office Admin. We will add this ability Public API soon.

🌟 Improved! Added Commission Merchant Mapping [Corporate Admin] The platform now provides a code/hook-free way to map commission payout merchants to the Region, Associate Type, etc. A user interface for the feature is coming soon. For now, we created a table, available in the Data Editor, for quicker set up of these money-out merchant scenarios. Enable this table with a release toggle in Corpadmin. This feature benefits you by:

• Expanding international capabilities
• Making merchant mapping easier to set up and use with Data Editor
• Needing no Hooks or custom code

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Saving Issue in MFC [Web Office] Fixed an issue when adding relationships to the User option "Outside Their Tree" did not save and unselected other tree options. This is now working as intended.

🐞Fixed: UI Distortion [Retail Shop] Fixed a bug on the Manage Autoship and Order History pages where there was some distortion in the user interface. It should now be displaying normally.

🐞Fixed: Autoship Showing Partial Paid [Corporate Admin] Fixed a bug where Autoships showed Partial Paid when no payment was made. Now, if a payment is rejected, the status is Payment Declined. If the order has a remaining balance, the status is Partial Paid. If the order has had no payments, the status is Waiting Payment.

📘New! DirectScale Client SQL Reports [Article] In an effort to make our platform the best business intelligence platform in the industry, DirectScale added an ever-growing library of common custom pre-built SQL reports. You can use the reports in their current form or as a starting point to find the data that you need the most. Some reports include:

• Associate Top Earners (last 6 Months)
• Associates not on Autoship
• Autoship Orders Declined w/Reason (last 30 days)
• Commissions Paid (last 30 days) 
• Revenue by Month (current and last year) 

📘New! Editing XML Compensation Plans with the GUI Tab [Article] This feature allows you to dynamically configure the default Unilevel Monthly and Weekly compensation plans provided by DirectScale and test the result.

📘New! Tracking Start Date Error on the Associate Details Page [Article] Provided a troubleshooting article for this issue.

📘New! Can I Edit the Description on an Imported Order's Detail Page? [Article] Provided a help article to show how to perform this task.

📘New! AutoShip Frequency Dropdown is Missing Options [Article] Provided a troubleshooting article for this issue.

📘New! Adding SKU Order Quantity Limits [Article] Provided a troubleshooting article for this issue.

📘New! Configuring the Team Dashboard > Orders/Autoships Widget [Video] Added a new video!

🌟 Improved! Customizing the Checkout Page [Article] Updated this article with more details on how to make the checkout page more customized.

🌟 Improved! Setting up the Placement Suite [Article] Updated this to the new proper Corporate Admin settings, eliminating the Web Office Admin settings.

🌟 Improved! Moving an Associate with the Web Office Placement Suite [Article] Updated the UI images and instructions for better details on using this feature.
