Release Notes: September 10, 2020

🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🎁 New! Top Header Navigation [Retail Site] A redesign of the standard header for the Retail Site has been released! This new header has two rows to make it much easier for shoppers to know who they are shopping with, what type of order they are placing (retail, preferred, affiliate), better market/language selection, and better account management controls. To enable this new header, turn on the toggle in Global>showTopHeader through your Retail Admin Settings. 

🎁 New! Manage Autoship Link [Retail Site] Along with the new Navigation Header, a link to allow the logged in users on the Retail Site to manage their Autoship can be turned on. In the Retail Admin Settings under a new section for Autoship, there is a drop down to specify which of your associate types can see this new link to manage their Autoship. This link works in conjunction with the new Top Header navigation. 

🎁 New! Automatic Detection of Country/Language [Retail Site] We have added in support to automatically detect the country and language of a shopper from their browser session and set it to the closest available market/language enabled for your company. To turn this service on, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

🌟 Improved! Inventory SKU and ItemID [Corp Admin] A much needed improvement for everyone who needs to reference either the SKU or ItemID on Inventory Items! Both fields have been added to the top of the Inventory Item Details page for easy visibility.

🌟 Improved! Associate BackOffice and Record ID [Corp Admin] Another much needed win for visibility! The BackOffice ID and the DirectScale Record ID for Associates have been added to the top of the Associate record to make these data points much easier to find. 

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Tablet View Missing Buttons [Corp Admin] On the Order History and Reward Points page for Associates, the date filtering and “More” buttons were missing when viewing on a tablet. The responsiveness of these buttons have been updated so all screen sizes have these features.

🐞Fixed: Kits not Enrollments in Sales [Corp Admin] The Sales Dashboard had labeled Enrollment orders as Kits on the Sales by Order Type graph. Enrollment orders include kit orders and non-kit enrollment orders. This has been fixed to have the accurate label of Enrollments. 

🐞Fixed: Data Privacy Custom Rules [Web Office Admin] When Data Privacy rules contained multiple custom configuration statements the rules were not consistently being applied. This has been fixed so Data Privacy can handle more advanced custom configurations.

📘 Help Center and Training

📘New! Understanding Order Types [Article] In the system, there are three types of order types for inventory setup. This article takes you through that and other key items around orders.

📘New! Adding Volume and Bonus Amounts to Inventory Items [Article] Added this new article to improve the Inventory set-up help content.

📘New! Requiring Kit Item Before Submitting Enrollment Application [Article] Added this information for those companies wishing to enable this requirement.

🌟 Improved! Reviewing and Adjusting Payables  [Article] Made updates and improvements to the article.

🌟 Improved! Viewing an Associate’s Detail Summary [Article] Added Customer ID and DirectScale ID to the article.

🌟 Improved! Configuring Inventory Item Data and Setting up a Subscription SKU [Article] Added references to Item ID and SKU in these articles.

🌟 Improved! Managing Paid Commissions [Article] Added Customer ID and DirectScale ID to the article.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Unifying the Admin experience across all our tools.
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We are documenting the Advanced Settings for all three applications.
• We are gathering more code examples for quicker learning of custom development.
