🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🎁 NEW! Additional Support for 9 New Currencies [Corp Admin] To better serve our clients who operate internationally we have added support to collect payments through our Nexio integration and/or collecting cash payments for the following currencies: KRW, CNY, TWD, PHP, JPY, ERU, GBP, VND, CAD. We now have support for 14 currencies through Nexio and Cash payments. See the full list here.

🌟 Improved! Unified Order Status Reporting [Web Office & Retail Site] Previously, all apps treated the status on the order slightly differently in the Order History reports. This has been updated so all order statuses match exactly what is found on the order in the Corp Admin.

🌟 Improved! Custom Page Saving [Retail Site Admin] Developers working on custom pages in the Retail Admin often find themselves just wanting to save and stay on the page. Now they can! There are now 2 save buttons on the custom pages. One button to Save and stay on the page and one to Save and Back to go back to the main page.

🔮 Upcoming! Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Missing Navigation when Viewing Autoship Errors [Corp Admin] When viewing the Autoship Status report and managing the failed autoships, the navigation bar for viewing the tabs on the associate record were missing. These have been added back.

🐞Fixed: Custom Configuration Type-ahead Issue [Web Office Admin] The type-ahead feature to help create custom configurations would sometimes stop assisting if there was an error in the syntax but you went back and fixed it. It works even after you might make a mistake now.

🐞Fixed: Autoship Frequency Updated Every Time [Web Office] There was a bug in the API call that updated the autoship frequency every time a user updated their autoship template. This caused some autoships to have their next process date to be moved as well. This has been fixed so the frequency does not update unless the user changes the frequency of their autoship.

🐞Fixed: Kits Showing After Navigating Away From Application [Retail Site] There was a bug that was showing the kits in the wholesale store if a user navigated back to the /Products page from the /Application page. The items set up in the enrollment store should only show on the /Application page and not the /Products page so this has been fixed. 

🐞Fixed: Custom Configuration Filtering Issue [Retail Site Admin] Using the Custom Configuration Filters at the top of a Retail Admin page was not returning any results. This has been fixed so you can filter your assets based on any custom configuration you may have set.

📘 Help Center and Training

📘New! Extension Log [Developers] Added new information to provide instruction for understanding the extension log and using it to query the database.

📘New! Removing the “You Live in California Checkbox” from Market Selector [Developers] Added a JavaScript Insertion code example for this job.

📘New! Using the Grid Compensation Plan Editor [Video] Added a new video to its corresponding article.

📘New! Using the XML Compensation Plan Editor [Video] Added a new video to its corresponding article.

📘New! Using features on the Compensation Plan XML page [Video] Added a new video to its corresponding article.

🌟 Improved! Troubleshooting [Articles] Added additional steps for troubleshooting common issues to the following articles: Customizing Web Office Report Center Report Data, Testing a Subscription, and Adding Regions and Locales.

🌟 Improved! Permissions [Guides] Added Permissions details to each and article and improved the images, links, wording, styling, and formatting to the following guides: Inventory Management [Guide] Auditing and Paying Commissions [Guide] AutoShips [Guide] Launching in a New Market [Guide] Launching in a New Market [Guide]  Introduction to the Inventory Items and Pricing [Guide] Payment Provider Integrations [Guide] and Managing Sales [Guide].

🌟 Improved! Adding Subscription Data to the Database [Article] Added table definitions to the introduction and improved wording.

🌟 Improved! Managing Web Office Users and Roles [Article] Added table definitions to the introduction and improved wording.

🐞Fixed! Introduction to the AutoShips Guide and Reviewing and Forecasting AutoShips [Video] Fixed a broken embed code in both videos that cause the video to not appear for users.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We have created a DirectScale Marketplace [Beta] for customers to get access to Apps, Integrations, and other expert industry services and will go “live” with it soon.
• We are gathering more Compensation Plan code examples and documentation for developers.
• We are working on a Troubleshooting project to improve articles with steps to resolve issues in addition to showing how to do something in the platform.
