🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Data Editor Visual Expansion [Corp Admin] To help users editing data with the Data Editor, we added a “+” to visually expand the table to see more rows at once.

🌟 Improved! Removed “Strings” Option from Add String Popup [Retail Admin] When adding a new string to the Localization page, the drop down to select where you wanted to add your string also included a false application for “Strings”. This has been removed so the only choice is “Retail”. 

🔮 Upcoming! Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

 

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Order History Report Not Including End Date [Corp Admin] The date filter on the Order History report on the Associate record was setting the end date to 12:00AM - meaning the end date never included orders from the actual date selected. This has been fixed so the end date filter runs until 11:59PM to catch the full day.

🐞Fixed: Order Status Character Limit [Corp Admin] The character limit in the Status field on the ORD_PaymentGatewayTransactions was limited to 15 characters and was preventing some statuses from being accepted. This limit has been increased to 25 characters.

🐞Fixed: Incorrect Tooltip on Associate ID [Corp Admin] The tooltip on the Associate record for the Back Office ID was incorrectly labeled as Associate ID Number. We are trying to clean up little inconsistencies like this! If you see more, please let our Care Team know. 

🐞Fixed: API V3.Orders.GetNewPaymentInfo Missing PaymentMethodID Mapping [Corp Admin API] The data for the PaymentMethodID was being passed in to the API but it wasn’t being mapped on the back end causing “token not found” errors. This has been resolved.

🐞Fixed: Missing Logging of Merchant Updates Via Web Office [Corp Admin] When Associates updated their payout merchant from ACH to Hyperwallet, the log that creates a note on the Associate record wasn’t being logged. This has been updated so the changes are logged appropriately.

🐞Fixed: Returns and Refunds Report Not Loading [Corp Admin] This report was timing out and not loading. It has been fixed.

🐞Fixed: Chinese Language Code Errors in GetAssociateDataPoints [Corp Admin] This only affected areas in the Web Office that use GetAssociateDataPoints (MFC, Business Snapshot) and has been fixed. 

🐞Fixed: Changing Countries on Application Page Not Updating State List [Retail Site] The State drop down was not changing from the list of US states when the Country was updated via the Market Selector on the Application page without refreshing the page. This has been fixed.

📘New! Configure Trees [Article] Added this new article to help users understand how to enable, disable, and customize the configurations of various tree types.

🌟 Improved! Viewing an Associate’s Detail Summary [Article] Updated the existing article with more details about what to enable in Advanced Settings.

🌟 Improved! Viewing an Associate's Rank Advancement [Article] Updated the existing article with more details about what to enable in Advanced Settings.

🌟 Improved! Introduction to the Employees Guide [Guide] Updated the existing guide with more details about what to enable in Advanced Settings.

🌟 Improved! Creating Orders for Associates in the Corporate Shop [Article] Updated the existing guide with more details about what to enable in Advanced Settings.

 

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

  • Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
  • Unifying the Admin experience across all our tools.
  • Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
  • We are documenting the Advanced Settings for all three applications.
  • We are gathering more code examples and documentation for developers.
