Stock Levels Guide

With the Stock Levels page, you can:

  • Monitor the amount of stock in your warehouses
  • Manually adjust the stock amounts
  • Add items to warehouses
  • Create and commit stock reports.

You must first set this feature up:

  1. Toggle IsOutOfStock setting in Web Office Admin

  2. Toggle IsOutOfStock setting in eCommerce Admin

  3. Set inventory item Out Of Stock Status

    Important: Setting the Out Of Stock Status for an inventory item is required. Stock Level tracking and out-of-stock behavior are dependent on this setting and will have no effect unless set.
