🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! WebHooks > Stock Status Change Events [Corporate Admin] Added a way to notify developers and developer partners of stock status changes for inventory items in real-time. Now, when an inventory item's stock status changes from IN stock to OUT of stock or OUT of stock to IN stock, an event is triggered and sent to the webhook service/event bus. Please talk to our Consulting Team for more details.

🌟 Improved! Reward Points in Public APIs [API] We updated the public APIs to support using reward points in the ordering flow. Now:

• You can call Calculate Order and include items being purchased with reward points, and it will not include those in the currency total
• You can call Create Order and include items being purchased with reward points, and reward points are deducted from the user's reward points bank
• If the item specified does not have a reward points price configured, it will error
• The system should now simply use the base pricing configured in Corporate Admin

🌟 Improved! Deleting Warehouses [Corporate Admin] Now deleting a warehouse will no longer orphan it and cause errors in orders. Now, when you delete a warehouse:

• You will get a warning that both the warehouse and all of its associated ship methods will be removed
• The warehouse and all of its associated ship methods will be disabled in the database but not deleted permanently
• The associated ship methods will not appear anywhere as ship methods that can be used by users in any shopping flow
• If an API attempts to use a voided warehouse ID or ship method ID, it will error
• You can use the Data Editor to re-enable it and associated ship methods, if needed
• For deleted ship methods, the regions and stores are permanently deleted and must be re-configured if a ship method is needed again

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Mark Packages Shipped [Corporate Admin] The platform now prevents the creation of duplicate requests to MarkPackagesShipped, which resulted in duplicate email notifications to users as well as duplicated order log entries.

📘New! New Help and Developer Resources [Articles] In the past few weeks the Learning Experience team has added new how-to and troubleshooting resources and videos to help you learn and understand the platform including Mapping Money Out Commission Merchants, Moving an Associate with the Web Office Binary Holding Tank, Setting up the Marketing Sites Widget, Setting up the Business Snapshot Widget, "Coupon Code name has already been used.
