🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! Retail Site API Performance [Retail Site] As we get closer to finding the definitive answer to the Sev from two weeks ago with the Retail Sites, we are making enhancements to try to prevent the Retail Sites from being down again in the future for the same reason. One thing we were able to identify and fix were some issues with the number of times certain APIs were being called. We have addressed the issues we identified around the GetAssociateDataPoints call used when creating MFC filters on pages.

🔮 Upcoming! Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Business Snapshot Sort Order Not Saving [Web Office Admin] Rearranging the order of the business snapshot tiles was not sticking. This has been fixed so you can properly set the order of tiles in the business snapshot widget.

🐞Fixed: Login Events not Triggering with SSO [Retail Site] Any pop ups or redirects that are supposed to trigger on login into the Retail Site would not trigger if using SSO to log in. This has been fixed so all traffic logging in will trigger the correct login events.

🐞Fixed: Top Header Showing Incorrect Logo/Shopping With Info [Retail Site] A broken ‘Shopping With’ and Logo would show when the user typed in an webalias that does not exist. This has been fixed so even if you do make a mistake on the webalias, you don’t see a silly bug.

📘New! Managing Web Office Login Options [Article] Added this new article to help users understand how to add more login options for associates’ Web Office.

📘New! Deciding Corporate Office Nomenclature [Article] Added this new article to help users understand how to replace keywords in the system with their own company verbiage.

📘New! Corporate Admin Client API Proxy [Developers] Added this new article to help developers understand the use of proxy endpoints.

📘New! Customizing the Reset Password Email [Article] Added this new article to help users understand how to do this in the platform.

🌟 Improved! Configuring Inventory Item Data [Article] Added information about creating and editing package groups.

🌟 Improved! Viewing an Associate’s Detail Summary [Article] Made improvements to Enabling/Disabling the Coding Tree Display and added more Settings details. 

🌟 Improved! Viewing Associate Trees [Article] Made improvements and clarifications about the use of Advanced Settings and Matrix Level Depth.

🌟 Improved! Setting Up a Money Out Payment Provider [Article] Made changes to the content based on new feedback.

🌟 Improved! Setting Up Company Branding Colors and Logos [Article] Made changes to the content based on new feedback.

🌟 Improved! Creating Coupons [Article] Made additional clarifications to the content based on feedback.

🌟 Improved! Changing an Order's Status to Shipped in Corporate Office [Article] Made additional clarifications about partial shipment status notes.

🌟 Improved! Adding, Editing, and Deleting Associates [Article] Made additional clarifications to clarify the usage of Advance Settings for Duplicate Email.

🌟 Improved! Data Editor [Article] Made additional clarifications to the content based on feedback.

🌟 Improved! Various Articles [Articles] Cleaned up formatting and fixed minor errors in 24 Help Center articles.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Unifying the Admin experience across all our tools.
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We are documenting the Advanced Settings for all three applications.
• We are gathering more code examples and documentation for developers.
