🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🎁 NEW! Hook to Save Batch Adjusted Payments [Corp Admin Extension] Just in time for 1099 reporting, this new hook enables clients to write custom programs to import in manual payments and for tracking/reporting purposes. The hook called SaveBatchAdjustments will allow payments to be imported and automatically be marked as paid. 

🌟 Improved! PayHistory Page Uses Correct Currency [Web Office] The PayHistory page was set to always show the USD $ because there was no ability to pay out commissions in anything other than USD. Now that the client extension enables clients to write a custom money out merchant to pay out commissions in different currencies, this page has been updated to listen to the actual payout currency and display correctly.

Improved Unified Checkout Experience [Retail Site] Our teams are constantly working to improve the shopping experience and right now they are busy working on a whole new way to shop and checkout. Keep your eye on the release notes in the next few weeks to see what’s coming and how to take advantage of these new features.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Filtering Not Sticking After Refresh [Retail Site] Your selected category filters were not persisting if you refreshed your screen. Now the selected products will remain in view even if you refresh your screen.

📘 Help Center and Training

📘New! Elements of a XML Compensation Plan [Video] Added a new compensation plan tutorial video to its corresponding article.

📘New! Enabling Order Commission Backdating [Article] Created this article from an existing article to explain how to change a paid order’s commission date and back-track to when the order was placed.

📘New! Data Editor [Developers] Added cache refresh instructions.

🌟 Improved! Role Specific Help Content [Article] Split Creating and Changing Associate Statuses into Changing Associate Statuses and Creating Associate Statuses because they apply to different roles. Also split Modifying the Web Office Login Page into Adding Web Office Login Page Restrictions and Custom Web Office Login Page Content because they apply to different roles. Simplified and improved the wording and style for all articles.

🌟 Improved! Permissions [Guides] Added permissions and generally improved Associates, Configuring Trees, Resetting an Associate's Web Office Password, Disabling an Associate's Web Office Login, Setting Associate Search Tools, and Creating Orders for Associates in the Corporate Shop.

🌟 Improved! Adjusting Shipping and Tax on Orders [Article] Improved grammar and style for better UX.

🌟 Improved! Creating Discount SKUs [Article] Improved grammar and style for better UX.

🌟 Improved! Approving Payments [Article] Added troubleshootings steps.

🌟 Improved! Associates [Article] Split Adding, Editing, and Deleting Associates into separate articles.

🌟 Improved! Customizing the Web Office Visual Tree [Article] Added advanced settings that were formerly in a different article.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Improving shipping package support and stock level enhancements
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We have created a DirectScale Marketplace [Beta] for customers to get access to Apps, Integrations, and other expert industry services and will go “live” with it soon.
• We are gathering more Compensation Plan code examples and documentation for developers.
• We are working on a Troubleshooting project to improve articles with steps to resolve issues in addition to showing how to do something in the platform.
