Back to Testing Checklist
After going through the checklists in the Get Started section, you’ll want to inspect everywhere currency appears in the Platform and ensure it is appearing correctly.
- Do this on your Live environment.
- Do this for each of your Stores (mainly Corporate, Wholesale, Retail).
- Do this for every market you have set up.
Report any errors you find to Customer Care or your DirectScale contact.
Before You Start
- Add all your currency types.
- Ensure all Money Out settings are active.
- Enable the payment provider currency type to show.
For Corporate Admin
The following are the various places currency appears in Corporate Admin. Inspect each of these places to ensure the currency appears as it should for each market.

Place an order with a test Associate using a non-USD currency.

Navigate to the following and review the results:
- Commissions > Payment Approval > In Progress
- Commissions > Payment Approval > History
- Commissions > Paid
The Total Paid column should correctly displays the total paid amount in the following format:
- {CurrencySymbol}{Amount} {CurrencyCode}
- For example, €1,027.92 EUR

Navigate to the test Associate’s Detail > Commissions and review the results.
The Payment Detail should display the following:

Payment Exchange Rate

Commission Total in the following format:
- {CurrencySymbol}{Amount} {CurrencyCode}
- For example, €1,027.92 EUR

For Web Office
The following are the various places currency appears in Web Office. Inspect each of these places to ensure the currency appears as it should for each market.
